Simon is an ODI Registered Trainer specialising in human-centred, service and open design.
Simon is an experienced and skilled design facilitator/doer drawing on Service Design and Design Thinking but with a particular focus on individual agency and systemic change. The majority of his work is carried out through Redfront, a Service Design agency he founded in 2000. In addition to working for clients he spends time creating new tools for design and has recently been involved with design projects for data, legal contracts, agile methodology and sharing startups.
