Jhilla Khodaie

Jhilla joined the ODI in August 2022 as Business Development Consultant. She works across ODI programmes to write proposals, secure new funding and grow the pipeline.

Before joining the ODI, Jhilla worked in a client-facing role at Allegory Communications, working on campaigns and projects across the government, university, science, and data sectors. She completed an undergraduate degree in History and Politics at the University of Leicester and spent time studying abroad at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
