Jen Rodvold has been at the intersection of technology, sustainability and corporate responsibility for the past 14 years.
After leading on Sustainability & Social Value Services for Sopra Steria, a digital services provider, she launched the company’s new Digital Ethics & Tech for Good consulting practice in 2020. This team of ethicists and responsible technology consultants help organisations in the public and private sectors use business and technology as forces of positive change, and to build trust with their stakeholders. Bringing together tried and tested innovation and problem-solving approaches, lessons from the sustainability movement, and novel digital ethics tools and methodologies, the practice helps break down the complexity of the ethical issues surrounding data and technology, creating practical approaches to embedding ethics into corporate strategies and technology programmes.
A big advocate for diversity of all kinds, Jen is a member of the National Advisory Board of WildHearts, a social mobility-focused social enterprise, is the founder of the Sopra Steria Women’s Network, and is a member of The 30% Club for female mentoring.
