Chris Hutchins-Davies

Chris leads WSP's data and architecture capability in the Intelligent Transport Services discipline and supports the teams to deliver exceptional technical services to their clients across a range of sectors and geographies. He works predominantly with clients in the public sector, ranging from Unitary Authorities to central government departments to deliver technology-enabled change and aims to ensure that their work supports open and ethical use of data. He strongly believes that, used well, data is a force for good and can enable improved outcomes for all but also that current data ecosystems do not provide individual ownership or transparency of use, which mean that this promise cannot be realised.  Change is necessary and urgent and we must all play our part.
