Brian Toal

Brian is the AI and Data Science Tech Lead at Digital Catapult Northern Ireland. Brian helps promote the use of emerging technologies and collaboration across industry, academia and government. The responsible and ethical use of AI is a core component of the Catapult’s flagship accelerator programme, the Machine Intelligence Garage. Brian is also a member of the Research Ethics Committee in the faculty of engineering and physical sciences at Queens University Belfast.
