Arthur is a doctoral researcher at Utrecht University Ethics Institute. His research focuses on anti-domination approaches in new frontier technological and data relationships between the Global North and China on the one hand and the Global South on the other. Through a critical theory approach, Arthur’s work adapts and applies traditional indigenous approaches from Africa, North America and the antipodes by acknowledging similarities and differences in their historical struggles and how these are resurfacing in the digital age.
