Articulous Communications is a communications, engagement and training consultancy that operates across Australia and New Zealand. Our consulting work includes on-the-ground work with communities on projects in places ranging from Gippsland in Victoria to Christchurch and regional Queensland.
Based in Brisbane we are a digitally focused consultancy and have developed industry leading and award winning digital campaigns. In addition we have our own internal start-up, Evaluation Hub, a digital evaluation tool for evaluation and stakeholder practitioners.
Each year our experienced team facilitates many hours of community and stakeholder meetings, workshops and forums. We also offer online and digital communication and engagement training to a range of government and commercial clients.
Articulous is unique in the marketplace because we love data (especially open data), are digitally astute and we:
- pioneered the use of digital methodologies and were amongst the first in Australia to use AR and VR to engage communities in the local government planning process
- developed avatars, for sharing via social media, to encourage communities to engage with organisational business planning
- importantly use digital tools when they are appropriate and not just for the sake of it
- are experienced in changing attitudes and perceptions of digital technologies and encouraging participants to use and embrace them
