In July 2018 the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy invited responses to its green paper: Modernising consumer markets.
It was seeking views on how to ensure that its regulatory, competition and enforcement regimes are suitable for the modern economy and the modern consumer.
Our response is focused on the role of UK Government in creating open, trustworthy data infrastructure in different markets.
